The service

Kantara provides Simone, an AI companion that offers general parenting information and guidance through WhatsApp. The service is intended for general informational and supportive purposes only.

Not medical or professional advice

Simone does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified professional with any questions about your child's health.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something Simone has said.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for the activity that takes place through your WhatsApp number.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, using it for unlawful purposes, or relying on it as a sole source of decision-making for situations requiring professional care.

Payment and plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. Current prices and plan details are shown on our pricing page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kantara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for any decisions made in reliance on information provided by Simone. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to the service and terms

We may update or modify the service and these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
